Greetings to all fellow football managers.

This is a three tactic setup for all situations with the same formation (4-3-3).

I have improved them over 7 seasons with Chelsea, although its a top team I believe the tactics can work for lower level teams as well.

The aim is to employ possession and attacking football with lower/higher tempo depending on the situation.

Sports Interactive have released a small hotfix to address a few issues raised since they released the 17.3.0 January Transfer Update.

Released: 8 March 2017

As always the update is save game compatible.

To update you will need to close the game down and re-launch for it to update. If this does not work for you or you feel it has not updated you will need to restart Steam.
Even if that doesn't do the trick, then verify the game cache will.

Introduction

Using this tactic myself during my first two seasons managing Arsenal, I won two Premier League titles and bagged a Champions League, regularly achieving possession over 65% and scoring the most league goals in both seasons.

I wanted to create the MOST REALISTIC set of Legendary Wonderkids that I possibly could! The Wonderkids should enhance the enjoyment of the game for the next 15 seasons!
