The largest facepack for Football Manager 2018 made by the Spanish community of FMSite.net. The creative team behind this facepack aims to create a beautiful style and combine the speed of production with accessibility for the general public.

This pack includes more than 243,000 faces in unique hexagon style. It is intended for use with FM18, but it will work with all versions of the game from FM08 onward.

Following last year's success, I'm continuing the "Control The World" tactical series with a possession based tactic inspired by Guardiola's philosophy. Pep is my favorite tactician, he is the master, the philosopher! CTW tactic recreated for Football Manager 2018.

Dream team system inspired by Pep Guardiola and Cruyff.

The aim of possession football is to concede less and create more scoring opportunities. Everything starts with the ball and finishes with the ball.

By much popular demand... I am back with a new edition of the Dutch lower leagues database. Take control of your favorite team in this database, adding leagues up till tier 6 (eerste klasse) in the Netherlands.

Can you make your way up through the Dutch football pyramid, and maybe while you're at it, also take the Netherlands national team back to glory as well... we kinda need it.

Like last year, the rules have changed compared to the normal/default netherlands and league rules.

Watford won EPL without making a single transfer.



You can usually use this 3-striker tactic against almost any formation.

Except tactics that utilize 1 striker, 2 wingers and no central attacking midfielder. Fr example, 4-1-2-3 DM (4-3-3 Wide) and 5-2-3 Wide.
When you face those formations, use my other FM18 tactic: Suk Sam 4-4-2.

For now, I think this is the most overpowered formation on the full version of FM2018; using 5 backs and 3 strikers.

This update unlocks the Kosovo football pyramid down to the 3th division “Liga e Dytë”. Tested til 2023, created by fmportugal.org

Feel free to tell me some mistakes, this isn't the final version!

Olympic Stadium Adem Jashari set as national stadium

In FM2018, the 4-4-2 formation is very powerful.

Inverted winger and Carrillero are wonderful chance makers.

ML and MR switch each other.

STL and STR switch each other.

I strongly recommend that you use this against 1 striker tactics.
When you face the teams with 2 strikers tactic, I recommend using my other FM18 tactic: Suk Sam 5-2-3 (3 strikers).


Team training : Balance-average (but adjust 'low' when there are 2 or more matches in one week)
