I've created the National Team and League of the Land of Valencia, over the basis of Andorra, so the names could be more accurate, with all 80 teams available on the database, split into three leagues of 20 teams (with the third tier split into two groups), arranged by their standings last season.

Important: Spain is not playable anymore with this file.

How to install Land of Valencia on FM18

1) Download the LandOfValencia.fmf file.

2) Drag the file into your "Editor Data" folder. located at \Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2018\editor data.

In my opinion, Man Utd is not the best team in the real world or in-game, yet this tactic - focusing on team plays - can transform them into one of the best teams! Barca fans please don't be mad, I picked Man Utd only because Barca is the best team I matched ;D)

This tactic does not require super star players like Ronaldo and Messi, but solid players with +- 150 PA would be sufficient to fit into the defending system. The team as a whole would be able to trap the super star players of the opposition, and isolate them from their team. Of course I have no strategies if you have a XI full of 200...

As always, this is the biggest English database available to play for Football Manager 2018.

You can manage a club 22 leagues down the English football pyramid, which is insane. By the time you reach Premier League (assuming you can win consecutive promotions every year), all real players would be retired and you'd be in a fantastic football world filled with regens.

This England Level 22 database for FM18 includes real structure and rules, as well as all the cups.

I hadn't lost 6-0 in FM since FM16 in the third round of the FA Cup and so when I did in FM 18 away to Newcastle I decided something was wrong. It wasn't just the scoreline, it was the nature of the goals they scored, fast attacking through balls with knock downs between the two strikers for simple tap ins. I had become a fan of the computer. So i scouted them and picked the same 11 player roles and used a ruler to determine their mentality.

It contains 83 player photos (first team, reserve team, youth team), but no staff.

Photos are 260x310 pixels, showing all the upper body in official shirt and not just face.

How to install the facepack:
To install this facepack, unzip its contents to your "graphics" folder at:

Optionally (for better organization), you can create an extra folder there and call it "faces" and move the pack there.

This is my tactic for Torino FC which brought me in the 2nd place in the league and winner of the cup. It was a great year, quite unexpected for first season in a team like Torino. I mean it's surprising to be in that position because I'm managing an average team. However, the team was able to showcase very attractive football with high efficiency.

This tactic focuses on an attacking, fluid style utilizing high pressure and risk (sometimes), but once the team gets familiar with the tactic it's almost unbeatable. Great counter attacks and -what matters the most- results.

I used this tactic for my first season in a Bournemouth save, I managed to finish in 2nd and reach the final of the Carabao Cup. We dominated possession im almost every game but it usually took us until the 20min to settle into the game and then begin to dominate the ball, although we did score a number of early goals.

For this tactic to work the majority of the team need good passing abilities for their respective leagues.

I also believe that too many signings will see the tactic struggle early on, so I would try to keep signings to a minimum.

Wide players are the most important players in this system. Wing backs need to be physically strong and wide midfielders need to be able tor dribble.
Consistent central midfielders and centre backs also a help.

So I have tried different tactics from online, but have had to buy players to fit the tactics; that is not really viable with Everton's transfer budget. Therefore, I decided to make my own tactic to ensure it fits well with most of my current squad. And only make a few additions to strengthen some areas that needed it.

It is based on the 4-2-3-1 DM Wide tactic with roles enhanced for each player. Also I have tried to have at least 2 similar type of players for each position so when I change players the roles will work well, but maybe changing the position to suit the player when necessary.

How to get real results and fixtures in Greek Superleague on FM18

1) Unzip the downloaded .zip file.

2) Move the 2 extracted files into your "Editor Data" folder. located at \Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2018\editor data.
If this folder doesn't exist, create it.

3) Open Football Manager 2018 and start a new career, In the top right of the screen, under "Database", make sure these files are selected.
