The 4-2-3-1 is one of the most used tactics of all time in my opinion in Football Manager.

The big flaw is related to the spasmodic use of the wings, which makes the game monotonous, but thanks to this tactic, you will be able to express a fast game that is based on the wings, but will give great satisfaction, especially when the team will have started to become more familiar with the tactic.

As you can see (sorry i take a pic only at the end of the season) my players are all wonderkinds, and not even at the top of the evolution or experience.

2D Kits for Flutskin FM 19 - Titlebar and Player Overview Panel - SEASON 2018/19

Many people have asked me how should proceed in order to the FLUTSKIN for display the 2D club kit front in player overview panel.
Thus, with permission of PATRES10 (thanks, my friend!), I decided to do a pack already ready to use in the game.

Here is the 1.0 version of this pack, for SEASON 18/19

It contains all the kits made for 2018/19 season in beautiful FC'12 style, until 17.11.2018.

I think this is an add on you will like it since the kits are in the same style I use as 2D default in FLUTSKIN.

All updates are tested in real, at least 3 seasons in Football Manager 2019. Leagues pack by @Timo@ (Austria 4 levels, Israel 5 levels, Macau 5 levels, New Zeland 4 levels, ...)
Each update is done to match (at best) the real rules and real calendar. Without using (or little) the advanced rules of the editor.
