I'm pleased to present you the version 1.2 of FM FLUTSkin for FM 15.
This FlutSkin keeps, in general, the style of FMCFlutSkin for FM 2014.
I hope you enjoy it!
A special thanks to rune (from german Meistertrainerforum) and also to korki1903 for the support and for the changes in some panels.
As always I would appreciate if you could tell me when and in what circumstances (or panels) the bugs arise.
This skin was made to work properly in 1920x1080 Full Window. So, some panels don’t work properly in other resolutions (and also in 1920x1080 windowed mode).
In this update I included a folder with some files. If you play the game with hidden attributes or if you prefer the player attributes without the background boxes use that panels (overwrite the originals in the panels folder of the skin).
Beyond lots of small tweaks (and bugs fixed) this version is a little bit less brighter, some fonts are bigger (e.g., titlebar, inbox item list) and includes some “new” panels (e.g., match opposition panel, manager/human profile, instant result panel, match overview, stadium overview panel…).

Redistribution Policy
Want to share this pack on other sites? Please point the download link to this very page. You cannot host any files yourself, unless you have written permission from the authors.
Download the .zip archive and use a tool such as 7-zip for Windows or The Unarchiver for MacOSX to extract the folders.
7-Zip is installed using the .exe you download, following the instructions on-screen. To install The Unarchiver simply double click on the .zip file you download from their website then drag the program it extracts (called 'The Unarchiver') into your apps folder.
Once installed, create a new folder somewhere you can keep track of (on your desktop for instance) and place your downloaded graphics zip, rar or 7z in it.
Now we extract: Windows: Right click on your zip, rar or 7z. Choose 7-Zip from the menu, then select 'Extract Here'. MacOS X: Right click (or ctrl + click) on your zip, rar or 7z. Choose 'open with' then select 'The Unarchiver'.
Your file should extract and most probably create a folder in the same directory.
Step 2
Copy those folders to: Windows: \Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2015\graphics\kits\ Mac OS X: /Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2015/graphics/kits/
Create folders "graphics" and "kits" if they don't exist already.
Step 3
Run Football Manager 2015 and go to: Preferences > Interface
Make sure that you tick the check box on the page called 'Reload skin when confirming changes in Preferences' and un-tick then box saying 'Use caching to decrease page loading times'. Hit Confirm.
There should be a box that pops up saying 'loading image data for the new skin'. Once this is done your graphics should be working within the game.

1 - This is a torrent (magnet link) download!
You need a torrent client on board of your pc to download this DF11 Megapack.
We recommend qBittorrent and Bittorrent as possible torrent client.
There are several more torrent clients (Vuze, Deluge, Utorrent etc), and all will work fine when installed properly.
2- You need 6GB free diskspace on board of your computer.
It seems to be a lot, but it doesn't affect the gamespeed of Football manager!
None of any graphical additions will affect the gamespeed of FM.
Only the start-up time will be affected by a couple of seconds. (confirmed by SI)
3 - The 'torrent download' will start after 'clicking' the red'DOWNLOAD NOW'button on top.
Note: You have to make the 'Graphics' folder by yourself!
Further detailed instructions also available in the 'Install Manual'.
Download all updates and install them in order of numbers.
1 - Open download untill all faces are visible
2 - Select all the faces + the config file
3 - Copy and past them into DF11 Megapack folder + overwrite all
_____________________________________________________________
The default face is the image that will show up when a player doesn't have a DF11 face in game.
Specially for all DF11 users we have some nicely designed default faces
for a more uniform DF11 look in game. (show spoiler)
How to install the DF11 Megapack & updates? - Please download the 'instructions manual'.
When installed correctly, you will have one (1) DF11 Megapack folder that includes
all 70.000 faces plus one (1) config file.
I don't have a 'Graphics' folder in my Football Manager game. - That's correctly!
After installing Football Manager you will have to add the 'Graphics' folder yourself. (show spoiler)
Simply make a new folder with your operating system (windows) and rename it as "Graphics".
When done you'll add this folder to the following Football Manager folder adress: documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 20**\Graphics
I don't see any DF11 faces after installing the DF11 Megapack. - Be sure you've set the ingame settings correctly. (show spoiler)
I still don't see any DF11 faces in game. - Maybe the config file is defective and not working correctly.
Make a new config file to replace the defective one.
There is a short 'config file' tutorial available in the spoiler below.
Download + install the program 'FMXML'.
Follow the steps of the image below. Starting at step 3 and further on.
There is also a detailed 'config file' video-tutorial available here.
Some particular face(s) don't show up in game while they are included to the DF11 Megapack. - It simply happends sometimes.
Most of the times we can fix this issue by replacing the defective face with a new one.
Join also DF11 Facebook for more facepack related help,
and be the first to receive information about new updates and developments!
Download the .zip archive and use a tool such as 7-zip for Windows or The Unarchiver for MacOSX to extract the folders.
Step 2
Cut and paste the extracted folder to: Win Vista/Win 7/Win 8: C:\Users\<username>\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2015\skins Win 2000/XP: C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2015\skins Win 98/ME: C:\My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2015\skins\ Mac OS X: /Users/<username>/Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2015/skins
Create folder "skins" if it doesn't exist already.
Step 3
Start the game and go to Preferences screen and Interface tab.
You should see "FM 2015 (Small Sidebar)" as option in the skin drop down of the Overview box.
Use the Clear Cache button, then hit the Confirm button.
Please note this skin is provided as is. It has nothing to do with Sports Interactive or SEGA and won't be supported by them.
This update uses the idea of Catalan countries or Països catalans, and creates a league with five levels (every team in the game and some new ones) and a National Team.
Be aware that cities and team names are translated.

False Nine example: Totti, Messi, Van Persie, Gabriel Barbosa
Tried this tactic with Roma as well. Won Serie A 3 times during my 4 years with them. Never won champions league with them, reached finals 1 time, semi-finals 1 time, quarter-finals 2 times.
Make sure you use opposition instructions. You can get a good assistant manager and apply his advice.
Hand all the resposiblity for training and opposition instruction to your assistant.
Used this tactic with Liverpool and dominated in first season by winning EPL title, League Cup, Champion League. Hope you can try the tactic to see how it fares...

Christmas come early this year! Just days after the hotfix 15.1.4 for FM15 was released, making the game much more enjoyable, Emil Debski over at SortItOutSI has finished up his work on this amazing new addition to complete the FM experience.
The pack includes over 1600 new fresh looking hairstyles from all over the world, to make you never wanna play the game again without it! Try them out yourself, and see what I am talking about, it will make you wanna keep even the most rubbish of newgens, just because they look so good !
Everything tested on light and dark skins, working like a charm.
Save game compatible, and goes perfectly along other installed graphics (hairpacks, logos, kits and so on).
ENJOY!!!
Examples
Updates
30.11.2014: Add-on pack for replacement/optimizing default hair
In order to complete the hairpack, I recommend you to download this add-on as well, which replaces the default SI hair with a much cleaner looking version. In my opinion many of the default hairstyles are poorly cut-out, looking messy when using specially dark skins with white pixelation left around them. On top of this, the default FM styles will be wearing the same shirt like the ones from the main pack, making all players wear the same style, giving them shoulders as well avoiding to make them look like heads on sticks figures.
5.12.2014: Alternative white kit with dark blue collar pack
This alternative version of the Debski's WOH v1.0 hairpack was made after receiving a few request to make the shirts look similar to the OLT ones. If you use that pack, mine will now blend together to make all regens look equal shirt-wise.
5.12.2014: White kit with dark blue collar default hair replacement add-on pack
This add-on pack for the alternative white shirt/blue collar version of the Debski's WOH v1.0 hairpack cleans the default SI hairs in game, which are poorly cut-out and have white pixelation around them on dark skins. Futher more they give them the same blue and white shirt like the rest of the main pack.
Installation Instructions
Step 1
Extrack the folder "DEBSKIS WORLD OF HAIRSTYLES 1.0" into the following directory on your harddrive:
[YOUR FM GAME FOLDER]\data\facegen\hair
Step 2
The above mentioned folder (hair) should now contain minimum 6 folders. The "afro", "asian", "euro", "hispanic" and "mixed_race" standard folders by SI, alongside with your new "DEBSKIS WORLD OF HAIRSTYLES 1.0" and eventually other custom graphics you might have installed.
Default places to look for the "[YOUR FM GAME FOLDER]\data\facegen\hair" folder:
Open up your game, go into preference > interface and click the "Clear Cache" button. When done, close the game. Run again, and everything should be up and running.
Firstly, I'd like to point out that it should not be too difficult to create a tactic for a top team. My intention was not to do so, just panned out this way whilst doing some software testing.
In my eyes there are far too many people obsessed with possession stats in Football Manager and my only primary concern for this tactic was to have my players play in a certain area of the pitch for the majority of the game. If they then have possession in those areas then it stands to reason that you should see better results.
I would like to point out that I am a software tester by trade so I came at this tactic from possibly a completely different angle than most would. I had ideas of how I wanted to play the game but I treated this as a computer programme and carried out tests accordingly. Not very romantic, but that was the approach.
I didn't want to create an all singing, all dancing tactic, there is no fun in that if you then can't take a good base line and improve it yourself, and that is what I have tried to achieve here.
A good baseline for people to improve on and try with different teams and settings to make this your own. I suspect you will need good quality players for this to work to it's optimum as it is all about pressing high, win the ball, and take advantage of the possession in the correct areas of the pitch.
All in all, this is just a logical approach to a piece of software.
Let's get started !
My whole entire ethos behind this tactic was that I want to occupy the areas of the pitch where most default player positions are available. Take a look at the image below and you will see that 20 out of the default 25 positions are obviously in two thirds of the pitch. This is obviously just basic common sense.
Now, by default, I wanted any defensive line that I decided on to be having average positions during a game around the half way line. If I disregard the 3 attacking positions for now then this means there are just 15 positions on the pitch which become the most dominant.
The box in the image above is where I wanted to be having possession, and I am not concerned about volumes of it. I could quite easily add 10% possession by having my back line deeper and passing it around but possession there is not going to hurt anyway, and it is just a statistic for statistics sake.
With the above image in mind all I concentrated on was looking at the average playing positions of players in games. This is what determined my final player positions. I wanted my average player positions to all be in the areas highlighted in the image above. or as close to it as possible.
Here is an example of average player positions for the areas I wanted to be occupying.
Average Player Positions
Once I had played around with various player positions to obtain the above I then went about specifying my formation. This is the formation I settled on.
Once the formation was decided I then applied individual roles to the players to suit and played around and tested different team instructions.
Here are the team instructions
Video Explaining all of the above
The season is still on going with my Youtube walkthrough but here are screen shots of the results to date.
I have not set any training routines, nothing at all other than what you see in the video. I have literally tried to leave it as bare as possibly so you can apply your own settings and customise to suit your team/ethos/style.
