How to install

Step 1

Download the .zip archive and use a tool such as 7-zip for Windows or The Unarchiver for MacOSX to extract the folders.

7-Zip is installed using the .exe you download, following the instructions on-screen. To install The Unarchiver simply double click on the .zip file you download from their website then drag the program it extracts (called 'The Unarchiver') into your apps folder.

Once installed, create a new folder somewhere you can keep track of (on your desktop for instance) and place your downloaded graphics zip, rar or 7z in it.

Now we extract:
Windows: Right click on your zip, rar or 7z. Choose 7-Zip from the menu, then select 'Extract Here'.
MacOS X: Right click (or ctrl + click) on your zip, rar or 7z. Choose 'open with' then select 'The Unarchiver'.

Your file should extract and most probably create a folder in the same directory.

Step 2

Copy those folders to:
\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2015\graphics\kits\

Create folders "graphics" and "kits" if they don't exist already.

Step 3

Run Football Manager 2015 and go to: Preferences > Interface

Make sure that you tick the check box on the page called 'Reload skin when confirming changes in Preferences' and un-tick then box saying 'Use caching to decrease page loading times'. Hit Confirm.

There should be a box that pops up saying 'loading image data for the new skin'. Once this is done your graphics should be working within the game.

The intended purpose of this tactic is to keep the ball and patiently wait for a chance to strike, i only had very few players with passing and teamwork above 15 so don't worry about that too much, this will work brilliantly against teams that have weaker\slightly better midfield than yours so don't try to outplay Barca\Madrid for example with this tactic when you're coaching a mid-table\top team in a weaker league because it is highly unlikely that this will work if their midfield is far superior.

This tactic allows wing backs to advance and wingers to stay narrow crowding the midfield and making a lot of passing options, it uses a very high defensive line to close the gaps between the defense and midfield and make it easier to keep the ball. Your 2 most creative players are supposed to be the DLP and the Attacking Midfield as they are the only 2 who have the freedom to make risky passes. I also recommend using a 3rd creative player for Central Midfielder or at least someone with 15+ passing to minimize the risk of miss passes.

I prefer a complete forward for this tactic as his presence always results in more goals but a False 9 or a DLF should also work fine.

- Change rules in Azerbaijan and change rules minors for 3-4 other countries.

Like for FM2013, FM2014 and FM2015, I'll make an effort to deliver some updates of missing countries, trying to make them as realistic as possible on the competition formats and the different rules (limit foreigner, transfer windows, league sorting, dates, break period, effectifs rules, match rules, Bosman law, etc).

ATTENTION: Don't select more 69 updates of countries in same time! Otherwise, there is a crash dump to the creation of the game.
You must extracted the files .fmf directly in the editor data folder without the 7 subfolders.
You can select 74 of my updates (and all original leagues: 69+51= 120 playable countries) in same time (69 countries, CFU Championship, Oceania Champions League and the 3 International Competitions)

Choose "Custom" during the creation of the game or like this:

With these updates and the original leagues, there is therefore now playable with a maximum of realism on the format of competitions and rules:
- All countries in Europe
- All countries in South America (1st and 2nd division)
- The 25 best countries in Asia
- The 15 best countries in Africa
- The 13 best countries in North America (All nations playing CONCACAF Champions League are represented) and the CFU Club Championship (all Carribean Nations are represented).
- The 10 best countries in Oceania
- Addition of 3 International Competitions.

How to add the claassen's leagues to Football Manager 2016

1. Extract the downloaded .rar file using 7-zip for Windows or The Unarchiver for Mac OS X.


2. Move the extracted .fmf leagues you want to the following location:
   Documents / Sports Interactive / Football Manager 2016 / editor data
   Create the "editor data" folder if it doesn't exist.


3. Open FM 2016 and start a new save-game with your selected databases of choice.

French Lower Leagues for FM16

This database adds the French regional divisions as playable in FM 2016 down to level 7.

It respects the pyramidal structure of the championships of France but also entry into competitions Coupe de France and Coupe de League, something UNPRECEDENTED.

Known Issues

The winner of the League Cup does not qualify for Europe next season. We will try to find out why in a future version.
A choice had to be made, since it had to be either the winner of the Coupe de France or the winner of the League Cup. And so we preferred Coupe de France, as a matter of prestige.

How to add French lower leagues in FM16

1. Move the downloaded .fmf file to:
   \Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2016\editor data\
   Create folder "editor data" if it doesn't exist already.


2. Run Football Manager 2016 and start new save with this database enabled.


3. It's highly recommended to disable "Do not Add Key Staff" and enable "Add Players to Playable Teams" in advanced options.


4. It's also recommended to load all players from France using the Advanced... Database Size options.

Introducing Andromeda skin for Football Manager 2016 regular career mode.

Skin designed using 1366 x 768 full screen zoom 85%.

Made using the best of the best bits from most skins available in 2015/2016, plus bits I have learnt to do in the past 12 months.

This skin supports instant result button, as well as 10 user backgrounds to select from the tool icon on the top right hand side of the skin. Also during match play you can change the logo of the TV.

Around The World Project Explained

• New playable countries, leagues and clubs across the world.


• Large leagues - 20 teams in highest division, 24 teams in lower divisions (if as many clubs exist).


• Each league with 13 awards: player of the week, manager of the month, team of the season, etc down to 4th tier.


• 2 transfer windows, loaning throughout the year, 14 year old newgens.


• No specific disciplinary rules, job permissions, no restrictions, no winter/summer break, 6 of 12 substitutes, league sorting rules, 4 relegations and one play-off (usually).


• Removed clubs which are second teams (for example: "II", "B", "(..) academy", "(...) U18"), distinct leagues for reserves/U18/universities/schools, removed age limits in many clubs also restored a lot of non existing clubs.


• Created leagues for reserves and U18 based and depended on major leagues.


• TV broadcast for highest divisions, income from TV rights and positions in league.


• Slightly changed transfer preferences in many countries in the world.


• Created national cups and supercups (if not existed).


• Removed other cups: league cups, tournaments, all-stars games and remaining leagues which are not subordinate to the main tiers.


• Original names for leagues and cups with title sponsors (some lower leagues may be non original).

It is not compatible with many other league related databases! If errors occur, clean the editor data folder from other league files and paste the files from this add-on only. Also make sure that your FM16 is updated to the latest version.

Recommended options at the start of the game:

• Do Not Use Real Fixtures
• Add Players to Playable Teams

Changes compared to FM15 version

• added reserves and young teams (U18) based on the major leagues
• corrected transfer dates
• changed substitutes from 3 of 5 to 6 of 12
• changed descriptions to be more readable and understandable

You can select 51 files to the existing countries in the game + 69 others. In total can not exceed 120 selected countries.

How to add the ATW leaguepack to Football Manager 2016

1. Extract the downloaded .7z file using 7-zip for Windows or The Unarchiver for Mac OS X.


2. Move the extracted .fmf leagues you want to the following location:
   Documents / Sports Interactive / Football Manager 2016 / editor data
   Create the "editor data" folder if it doesn't exist.


3. Open FM 2016 and start a new save-game with your selected databases of choice.

Autonomous Communities of Spain - Beta version

1. Playable autonomies from Spain - 19 new countries with own leagues and national teams.
2. Large leagues - 20 teams in highest division, 24 teams in lower levels (if so many clubs exist).
3. Each league with 13 awards: player of the week, manager of the month, team of the season etc. down to 4th tier.
4. Two transfer windows, loaning throughout the year, 14 years old newgens.
5. No job permissions and restrictions, no winter/summer break, 3 of 9 substitutes, league sorting rules, four relegations and one play-off (usually).
6. 1/2/3 matches pause after series of 5/10/15 yellow cards and two pauses after 3 red cards.
7. Removed clubs which are second teams and restored non existing clubs.
8. Created leagues for reserves and U18 based and depended on major leagues.
9. TV broadcast for highest divisions, prices from TV and positions in league.
10. Added new languages, transfer preferences, rivals, missing cities to clubs and supplemented informations for cities.
11. Changed nationalities based on birthplace and removed dual citizenship for players which are not born in specific region in Spain (with some exceptions like Diego Costa).
12. Increased reputation of many clubs to reduce the gap between the best team and the rest of rates.
13. Added flags for countries and logos for associations (they are also assigned to the highest leagues).

FAQ, bugs and others

1. Why is this in beta version?

Because the additive contains several major bugs and lacks a few things that I assumed in the project. The first of these is the lack of trophy for all regions, the second erroneous qualification for European competitions for clubs and countries lack the qualifications to continental competitions. I have big problems with setting it all in the editor and looks like a lot of work with it. I need someone to me in helping me to fix it. Alternatively, I could use a guide to the advanced settings.

2. Why some Spanish players have English names and dark skin?

To create countries I had to replace any of the current. I chose mainly the countries of the Caribbean. Some newgens have English names and dark skin and it is not repairable in the ordinary editor. I created a forum topic but so far no response.

3. Cash prizes for positions in the league are very unbalanced. Is this normal?

Yes, because it is much closer to realism than an equal distribution of cash. Regional Competitions form clubs from the highest league and with a very low leagues so the normal distribution of cash would lead to that famous and rich clubs could have financial problems and small and unknown clubs would be too strong.

4. It has a few bugs. Why is released and when everything will be fixed?

I spent over a very long time and I wanted to finally move on with the ATW project. Any help in repairing bugs is welcome.

5. Where are the Caribbean countries and their championships?

Most of the Caribbean countries have been replaced with the new autonomies and the championship had to be removed because it caused a crash dump in June next season.

1. It is not compatible with many other add-on's! If errors occur, clean the editor data folder and paste the files from this add-on. Also make sure that your FM is updated to latest version.

2. Also I recommend to use the following options at the start of the game:

- Do Not Use Real Fixtures
- Add Players to Playable Teams

How to add PMSC Portrait Facepack to FM16

1. Download all 11 parts which are in .rar archive format and use a tool such as 7-zip for Windows or The Unarchiver for MacOSX to extract their contents.
   Just extract PART 1 and all other parts will be extracted automatically.


2. Move the folder "PMSC Portrait Facepack 4.00" to:
   \Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2016\graphics\
   Create the folder "graphics" if it doesn't exist.


3. Open Football Manager 2016 and go to Preferences > Interface.
   Click the "Clear Cache" button.
   Enable "Reload skin when confirming changes in Preferences".
   Click the "Reload Skin" button.
   There should be a box that pops up saying 'loading image data for the new skin'. Once this is done your graphics should be working within the game.

Dark skin for FM 2016 regular career mode and widescreens (1920x1080).

I'm pleased to present you the version 1.5 of FLUT Skin Dark for FM16 (and the DF11 version).

Released: 02 Jan, 2016

Thanks to all FM fans and FM skinners who made it possible to produce the FLUTSkin as it is today since FM 2013.

Resolution requirements

This skin was made to work properly in 1920x1080 full screen mode. As a result, some panels won’t work properly in other resolutions (and also in 1920x1080 windowed mode).

Main changes

• Scoreboard (new scoreboard with a small match caption panel)
• Manager Home panel (new)
• Club overview panel (stadium animation tweaked)
• Team Report Summary panel (citypic included; stadium image in pitch details tab included)
• Player Overview Panel (box with the name of the player now matches with the club colour; changed the colours of the attributes background boxes)
• Player attributes panel (animation included)
• News and Leagues in Focus panels (tweaked)

The Megapack contains all of the facepacks we made since the creation of this facepack (the ones I managed to download from active links). I've tried to combine all of the facepacks into one Megapack and here it is.

Starting with this year, Cro-Manager Team has decided that in order to increase the number of facepacks being made in a season the template will be released to the public. In that way any of you can download the template at any moment and make any facepack you need. Of course, it would be great if you could uploud those pictures so we can add them to the megapack, in that way other people could enjoy in facepacks you made as well. Still, our Team will still take care about the quality of the facepacks, so if the pictures aren't good enough they won't be included in the megapack.

To those interested in making this facepack, we produced several tutorials and we're hoping to make even more in the future.

iOS style'16 megapack 1.0

A little bit intro...
So my friends and I decided to make a new facepack this year using action photos, making this game livelier. Therefore I came up with this iOS icon-like model (credit to apple!) which is perfect for any FM skin and it's also a good choice for any profile pics
Our iOS style facepack covers around 2,500 players in total for the major European Leagues.

Including:
Premier Division -credit to myself
La Liga (9 teams) -credit to A_Cassano
Serie A -credit to A_Cassano, Pathtore and Raymond_C21
Bundesliga 1 -credit to flywerder
Ligue 1 -credit to Pathtore
and most of the wonder kids as an added bonus.

We may try to make more facepacks if there's time xD

Note that this pack was made for FM2016 intentionally, however you can also apply it to previous FM series.

FM16 Preview

How to add iOS style facepack on FM16

1. Download the .rar archive and use a tool such as 7-zip for Windows or The Unarchiver for MacOSX to extract its contents.


2. Move the extracted folder "iOS‘16 Facepack" to:
   \Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2016\graphics\
   Create the folder "graphics" if it doesn't exist.


3. Open Football Manager 2016 and go to Preferences > Interface.
   Click the "Clear Cache" button.
   Enable "Reload skin when confirming changes in Preferences".
   Click the "Reload Skin" button.
   There should be a box that pops up saying 'loading image data for the new skin'. Once this is done your graphics should be working within the game.

Expand your PMSC Facepack for long term saves with the PMSC Pic-Generator.
We start with 1.140 pictures in size 180x180px to differ those pics to the original facepack.
Some pictures can be recurred in the beginning.

Installation

Extract the rar folder.

1. Pic Generator
Folder hair
Installationfolder\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Football Manager 2016\data\facegen

Save the original hair folder and put in the folder from the download.

Clear cache and close the game. In some cases steam has to be closed, too.
Run the game, everything should work now.


2. Alternative staff pictures
If you prefer realistic pictures for your staff:
The user BigBoss 96 has collected more than 350 staff pictures.
Those pictures have to be named to the ingame shown ID and have to be put in the PMSC Megapack.
Renew the config xml.

How to add PMSC Portrait Facepack to FM16

1. Download all 11 parts which are in .rar archive format and use a tool such as 7-zip for Windows or The Unarchiver for MacOSX to extract their contents.
   Just extract PART 1 and all other parts will be extracted automatically.
