These tactics were used by Berdyev this season (2015-16) at Rostov who finished 2nd in Russian Premier League, 2 points behind CSKA Moscow.

There are 2 variations of a 5-3-2 formation and an asymmetric 4-5-1. They all have one thing in common: Counter.

How to add Special Skin to FM16

1. Download and extract the .rar file (using either 7-Zip for Windows or The Unarchiver for Mac).


2. Place the "special skin v3" folder here:
   Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2016\skins
   Create the folder "skins" if it doesn't exist.


3. Start FM16 and go to Preferences screen and then into the Interface tab.
   You should see "special skin v3" as option in the skin drop down of the Overview box.
   Hit the Confirm button.

Please note this skin is provided as is. It has nothing to do with Sports

I only tested it in 1920x1080 resolution. You'll probably experience alignment issues if running this skin at lower resolutions, and, unfortunately, I have not enough free time to fix it to suit also in lower res.

Keep in mind that skin was made for personal use, and originally meant to be played with big sidebar. So if you decide to play with icons only sidebar you may experience some alignment issues in some (rare) cases.
