What's included:

• Completed all Belgian clubs names. Altered all the Belgian club's kits.
• Also added new amateur teams to get enough clubs for all divisions.
• I've separated the Vlaams-Brabant province into 2 provinces, includes now the Waals-Brabant province. In real life we have 10 Belgian provinces.
• I did no create missing cities for clubs when no city could be linked to a club!
