With this FM15 tactic that I've created in a 4-3-1-2-formation, I've won the Barclays Premier League and also the FA Cup in my 3rd season with West Ham United. This tactic is based on fast, attacking football.
When your team gets used to this tactic they start to create a lot of chances, and the defense will be better.
For this tactic to work you'll need two fast attackers, who are also creative. They need to possess a lot of flair and a high work rate. The full backs also have to be quick and they need a lot of stamina, because they need to be able to run up and down the field for the whole game, as there are no wingers in this formation. The Ball Winning Midfielder needs a high work rate, stamina, determination, bravery and aggression so he can be an anchor in the middle of the pitch and give cover to the defense.
