Injuries can lead to very ironic situations. When a player known for dealing elbows in real life, gets injured with a broken arm, you will laugh at the player, knowing that he can't elbow anymore. When a player known for eating a lot and being overweight gets food poisoning, you will probably laugh and say he had it coming.
My own unlikely injury pack, with injuries as an inverted elbow, a broken toenail and of course the always fun baldness, as shown in the picture, can too lead to very funny situations, creating a smile on your face, knowing that the player in real life never will get such an injury, but that in-game those small things will make the game funnier.
