The Royal Dutch Football Association (KNVB) has changed the football pyramid
Between Lvl 2 and 3 a new League named "Tweede Divisie" has been introduced.
Also now 15 clubs have now B-Teams competing the new Football Pyramid.
What have ive done?

-58474 Data changes
-No clubs have been moved to random leagues , they are all in the correct leagues !
-Created 145 missing clubs with the correct year of foundation - kit colours - correct city
-Created 115 missing cities...
