4-3-3 Possession & Positional Domination

Introduction

Using this tactic myself during my first two seasons managing Arsenal, I won two Premier League titles and bagged a Champions League, regularly achieving possession over 65% and scoring the most league goals in both seasons.

The tactic is formed on the basis of ultimate control of possession and high line pressing when the ball is lost in order to limit the transitional phase, thereby allowing a constant stream of chances created and control of the game.
