More Realistic Transfers for FM18

Hi,

I did some intensive work to improve transfer preferences of all playable nations and many other inactive ones.

More specifically I've done the following changes:

• 50+ for clubs
• 1500+ for competitions
• 7400+ for nations

Applying this update should make transfers more realistic.

How to install the Transfer Preferences Update on FM18

1) Download the .fmf file.

2) Drag the file into your "Editor Data" folder. located at \Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2018\editor data. If this folder doesn't exist, create it.
