Here I have created a tactic with Salford City, which works really well and has the side playing a nice possession based style with some pretty nice goals without leaking too many goals.

During the pre-season you will always want to train tactics.
On match day tell the team you have confidence in them, then tell each player that you have faith in them.

It has not been tried and tested with bigger teams, but I imagine it will be a blast.
