I created this tactic trying to imitate the legendary tactics of Mister Sarri on Football Manager 2018.
The results are satisfactory, but it is important to have the right players. And needless to say, you need to give the tactic some time until your players familiarize themselves with it; I'd say a minimum of 15 matches should be sufficient.
