This Football Manager 2018 database includes Bulgarian leagues down to 3rd tier without playoff system, as it caused problems in further game.

- V Futbolna Grupa (4 groups - Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Veliko Tarnovo)
Every team from these leagues is playing in the cup.
