As the title suggests, this tactic is for beginners, so if you are looking for something like 'unbeatable' tactic, this one might not be suitable for you. But if you simply want to enjoy the feeling of being the manager of your favourite team, and lead them to an expected (or even better) position, then you can give it a try.
