I like to call this 4-4-2 Stair. It's an asymmetric tactic utilizing 3 wingbacks.
I've tested it with Fulham and had some impressive results.

Quick Tips
- 2 strikers will switch their position each other.
- RM (inverted winger) - I used Right foot player (Left foot is also fine)
- LWB (inverted wingback) - I used Left foot player (right foot is also fine)
- corner kicks : CM or RM
- no opposition instructions
