Before I start I want people to be aware that Voasy copied our/my database I myself created level 11 and level 12. Voasy has since been banned from various FM fansites because we at FMNutters proved that it was my own work and that he copied our work. So please guys beware that Voasy is a fake when it comes to making lower league databases. The guys on here can confirm that too.
With this database, you can manage in the lower leagues of England down to level 12. This is the only database that goes so far down the English football pyramid. It includes County Cups, as well as an expanded FA Cup with rounds for levels 1-11. Scroll down to see exactly which leagues are included.

Create the folder "editor data" if it doesn't exist already.
A little pop-up window will come up that says there is X enabled editor files. Click OK.
It will then bring up the available league.
Click this then Start Game on the right.
Recommended set-up for your save game
We recommend taking the following steps when starting your save game to ensure you have all available real players in the database for UK & Ireland.
So when creating your new save, do the following:
Additional settings: There are tons of updated club data, but no people added. To have your leagues populated with more players I suggest you tick the "Add players to playable teams" option when starting a new game.

Installation Instructions
Step 1
Move the downloaded file English Level 12 Database Update By FMNutters.dbc to your Football Manager 2014 editor data folder:Win Vista/7/8: C:\Users\<username>\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2014\editor data\

Start a new career game (won't work with classic mode).A little pop-up window will come up that says there is X enabled editor files. Click OK.

After this click on England, then Next Game overview in the corner.It will then bring up the available league.
Click this then Start Game on the right.

- Click on the Add button for Regions.
