Before I start I want people to be aware that Voasy copied our/my database I myself created level 11 and level 12. Voasy has since been banned from various FM fansites because we at FMNutters proved that it was my own work and that he copied our work. So please guys beware that Voasy is a fake when it comes to making lower league databases. The guys on here can confirm that too.

With this database, you can manage in the lower leagues of England down to level 12. This is the only database that goes so far down the English football pyramid. It includes County Cups, as well as an expanded FA Cup with rounds for levels 1-11. Scroll down to see exactly which leagues are included.

Recommended set-up for your save game
We recommend taking the following steps when starting your save game to ensure you have all available real players in the database for UK & Ireland.

So when creating your new save, do the following:
  1. Select the Advanced Database Size option. You'll get the Customize the Database screen.
  2. Click on the Add button for Regions.
  3. Enable the options Players of nationality for UK & Ireland.
Additional settings: There are tons of updated club data, but no people added. To have your leagues populated with more players I suggest you tick the "Add players to playable teams" option when starting a new game.
