I recreated the 5-3-2 system Feyenoord used in this season for Football Manager 2014. This is the same tactic the Dutch squad is going to use on the world cup 2014 in Brasil.
Three centre backs, your backs play high, there are two midfielders who play for the defense, preferably an auditor and a slightly deeper forward, in front of them trequartista and two strikers up front.
This tactic results in a very dynamic style. Players are constantly searching for new ways to beat the defence. Short combinations all the way through the middle or wingbacks with a crazy cross to the strikers.
