I was just minding my own business when i started a new Football Manager 15 save i decided to go with Leyton Orient they had 5 strikers all with not as good quality so i decided to make a formation with no strikers...
This is a free flowing Tiki-Taka style based formations it is useful for every team as your players will only need to have 1 or 2 excellent attributes which include the most obvious passing.
From my experience this tactic has acted immediately but some teams may differ and may take weeks months or doubtfully years to settle in with the squad.
Apart from the obvious Passing you will also need players who have good stats in anticipation, composure, concentration, decisions, off the ball, teamwork and work rate.
I didn't really use any opposition instructions but if you feel the need to go ahead and my team talks are usually passionate and assertive.

This tactic may seem easy but it generally isn't due to specific reasons you will need players who in FM14 was to "play one two" and "comes deep to get ball".Apart from the obvious Passing you will also need players who have good stats in anticipation, composure, concentration, decisions, off the ball, teamwork and work rate.
