What's included:

• Completed all Dutch clubs names. Altered all the Dutch club's kits.
• Also added new amateur teams to get enough clubs for all divisions.
• Jong Ajax, Twente, Almere City, PSV and Feyenoord AV have been removed from the 1 teams divisions.
• I did not create misssing cities for clubs when no city could be linked to a club !

NOTE : This separate U19 football pyramid does not prohibit U19 teams to compete for the U19 UEFA Champions league if a 1st teams qualifies for the UEFA Champions League.
