I've been playing Football Manager since I can remember, but this it the first time I am posting!

I've been running this tactic this year along with itsZdan's 4-2-3-1 and I won games with Pererborough (still active) and Parma.

This is a three tactic setup for all situations with the same formation (4-3-3).

I have improved them over 7 seasons with Chelsea, although its a top team I believe the tactics can work for lower level teams as well.

Introduction

Using this tactic myself during my first two seasons managing Arsenal, I won two Premier League titles and bagged a Champions League, regularly achieving possession over 65% and scoring the most league goals in both seasons.

The tactic is formed on the basis of ultimate control of possession and high line pressing when the ball is lost in order to limit the transitional phase, thereby allowing a constant stream of chances to be created and achieve control of the match.

Hello folks so here it is my very first upload to the FM community with my tactic that so far I have had relevant success with. I'm currently using this with Hamilton Academical who play in the Scottish Premiership, they have a media prediction of tenth, but so far with this I have been defying all the odds, so I have decided to share.
