This is my first contribution to the FM Scout website and a hope that everyone uses the tactic has as much success with the tactic as I have had so far.



Tested with Bayer Leverkusen, and managed to win the league and the German supercup in the first season.

This Football Manager 2018 addon pack updates the Thai League 2018 and enhances your experience with the graphics included. The databases only work with the latest 18.3 data patch.

Installation Instructions

1) You need a free file extraction tool such as 7-zip for Windows or The Unarchiver for Mac to extract the contents of the .rar archive.

2) Once you extract them, you'll find 1 folder that contains 3 sub folders.

Updates for Thai League System and Media can be found inside the "editor data" folder.

Hi, I introduce you to my FM18 Tactic "Erik Galore".

I'm utilizing a very attacking formation, which needs certain key players for best results.



IMPORTANT POSITIONS:
WINGBACKS - find the best wingbacks in the game
BOX TO BOX - high tackling and aggression to win back the back up front in the field
ADVANCED PLAY MAKERS - look for passing, vision, technique, first touch

Also make sure you have the best wingers you could find as you will get a lot of crossing from them.

I let my assistant handle opposition instructions and always focus on attack movement.

Playing as an underdog in the lower leagues I wanted to make a tactic using player-roles suited for the players available, and my current tactic is working wonders.

Playing four at the back with attacking wing-backs, a defensive midfielder supporting the two central midfielders and three strikers where two of them almost works as wingers.

Scoring lots of goals from crosses made by the advanced forwards and wing-backs I've managed to get three promotions in four seasons while always being predicted last.



It's not water-proof, and you will loose games, but so far I've over-achieved with...

The whole idea is to bombard the defence and defend deeply to lure the AI out, and then counter attack utalising the front three.

Wing-Backs
These require good stamina and work-rate to run up and down the field to supply both defence and attack

Defensive Midfielders
These must have good Tackling and Vision, to win the ball back and to supply the attack effectively once it is won.
