Neub Skin FM19 v1.0
Hey, I'm happy to present to you the FM19 version of my K76 Skin for FM18. That's very similar, I improved some panels and I will update it.
! A 1920*1080p screen is recommanded, you should play with 95% zoom. If you have a 1600*900 résolution I recommend you to switch to 85% zoom, but I don't officially support this resolution so that's at your own risks. !

FM19 Tactic: Cross Frenzy 2-6-2 by Huntingbear
Ready for a tactic that has flying overlaps on the wings, lots of crosses and lots of goalscoring chances? This tactic is never boring and will pull you to the edge of your seat!
Based off a 4-2-4 WB formation with high pressing from FM18 I found during beta that pulling down the Inverted Wings to the midfield line and moving the Wing Backs up creates situations where the Wing Backs often, if not always, is on the shoulder of the Inverted Wings ready for any chance for overlap play and then make strong crosses into the box where two strikers are waiting.
In defense your only worry is direct...

4-3-3 HB: Control and Conquer!
A physically taxing, high pressing, short passing attempt to dominate possession and get numbers forward. Threats out wide and through the middle, goals come from all areas.
You'll need a 22++ player squad high on work-rate and technical ability.
GK: Rushing out, passing, first touch.
CWBs: Stamina, acceleration, crossing, dribbling.
CB: Acceleration, pace, concentration are desirable, as are jumping reach and heading.
BPD: Passing, dribbling, vision, first touch etc.
HB: Defensive positioning, strength, tackling.

FM19 Tactic: 4-1-2-3 Allegri Style by ZION
Hi all,
Like many of you I'm adapting to this new football manager, and its changes, especially regarding the tactical part.
I admit that I started the championship recently, but even though I'm using Bologna and not having the maximum harmony with and among the players, I think I've found a functional, fun and strong tactic!
With this 4-1-2-3, not only can you get an offensive game, but finally you can also avoid that continuous game of 4-2-3-1 (still a very valid tactic in all football manager versions) based on the bring the ball into the area by cross from the wing.

The 4-2-3-1 is one of the most used tactics of all time in my opinion in Football Manager.
The big flaw is related to the spasmodic use of the wings, which makes the game monotonous, but thanks to this tactic, you will be able to express a fast game that is based on the wings, but will give great satisfaction, especially when the team will have started to become more familiar with the tactic.
