FM 2019 England Lower Leagues to Level 13

As always, this is the biggest English database available to play for Football Manager 2019.

You can manage a club 13 leagues down the English football pyramid. By the time you reach Premier League (assuming you can win consecutive promotions every year), all real players would be probably retired and you'd be in a fantastic football world filled with regens.

This England Level 22 database for FM19 includes real structure and rules, as well as all the cups.
It's currently complete down to level 13. And of course, it's still a work in progress. A Gargantuan task no doubt.

A basic 4-3-3 formation which emphasizes on creativity.

3 strikers upfront could involve any combinations of Alexis, Martial, Rashford, Lingard or even Lukaku and Mata as two wide strikers will act as advanced forwards while the central striker will be more of a false 9 so he can drop deeper and make killer passes to the other 2 advanced forwards. I'd usually put Martial and Rashford as the advanced forwards as both are quick of the mark and have either Alexis or Lingard as central options. In-Season Training

As noted before, pre-season training is all about player morale, match fitness, blending and tactical familiarity.

Once the above is completed (usually done by the first league match of the season, sometimes a little longer), I refocus "in-season" training to concentrate on player development.

Individual training plans play a full part in this, although I've already set this up during pre-season.

The centre-back focus on defending as the wing-backs push forward; the wing-back and midfielders defend, in addition to aiding with transition from defence to midfield; the attacking midfielders are responsable for transition and forming a front three; and the striker focus on create and move space for him and the teammates.

I took different approach to my file due to editor limits (can not create 8th and 9th level due to (too much) number of child competitions). I have created myself a new plan for work, played with editor so I'm now more familiar with options and possible tweaks to this file. I'll be fully commited till summer (research for fm20 starts) so expect regular updates regarding this database. And all changes in league competitions are done in basic rules (unless there's a note in changelog that I've switched to advanced rules)

A very highly requested alteration to the TCS skin is here, introducing the light version! The skin has (painfully) been converted panel by panel and widget by widget and is finally in a playable state. Please mind that there will be bugs due to me not being able to view every single panel!








I won't be providing any support for this skin apart from major issues, don't request features as they will not be considered.
