Skin for FM 2016 regular career mode and widescreens (1920x1080).
I'm pleased to present you the version 1.1 of FLUTSkin White for FM16.
Released: 15 Nov, 2015
Thanks to all FM fans and FM skinners who made it possible to produce the FLUTSkin as it is today since FM 2013. Special thanks to Rune by the idea of the mobile phone image in the player profile panel.
Resolution requirements
This skin was made to work properly in 1920x1080 full screen mode. As a result, some panels won’t work properly in other resolutions (and also in 1920x1080 windowed mode).
In this version there are lots of tweaks and changes (I really don't remember all of them).
IMPORTANT NOTES:
In this pack I included a TUTORIAL PDF with instructions regarding the structure of your Graphics folder in order to view the city pics, the country locator, the kits and the competition logos in player details and in title bar.
I also included a folder named “Flags” with the country locators.
Place the "fm2016flutskin" folder here:
Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2016\skins
Create the folder "skins" if it doesn't exist.
Start FM16 and go to Preferences screen and then into the Interface tab.
You should see FM 2016 Flut Skin - v. 1.1 as option in the skin drop down of the Overview box.
Hit the Confirm button.
Please note this skin is provided as is. It has nothing to do with Sports Interactive or SEGA and won't be supported by them.

Welcome to the complete list of the sugar daddy clubs in Football Manager 2016 by FMSCOUT.com.
Sugar Daddy refers to the club's chairman. Clubs with such rich chairmen at the helm stand a (much) better chance of receiving budget injections from time to time, depending on the occasion.
Released: Nov 16, 2015
A Sugar Daddy chairman doesn't guarantee that you'll always have ridiculous amounts of money to spend on transfers. You might as well manage a sugar daddy club and get close to zero transfer budget. However, they will supply more money than the average chairman if needed or to reward your good performance.
Club reputation gets a boost aswell, so you might find less players wanting to leave for a bigger club. However, this has a bigger effect when smaller teams get tycoon takeovers in-game so they can attract the players to spend their money on.
Credit: michaeltmurrayuk
There are 3 types of sugar daddy chairmen, as explained below.
Foreground - Will keep pumping money into the club until he leaves. Background - Will supply money for 1 or 2 promotions every 3 or 4 years. Underwriter - Will only supply money if the club is in danger of bankruptcy.
For example, if you spent the entire transfer budget at Dortmund (no sugar daddy) you'd have to re-earn it, but if you do the same at PSG (foreground sugar daddy) the chairman will just pump more money into the club.
In theory, bankruptcy for sugar daddy clubs is highly unlikely. But don't go overboard with your expenses. Bad financial management can lead to severe debt situation for your club, which could result in going into administration. And there's always the possibility for the sugar daddy chairman leaving the club.
It contains 55 real kits; home, away and third for most clubs in beautiful FC'12 style.

Download the .zip archive and use a tool such as 7-zip for Windows or The Unarchiver for MacOSX to extract the folders.
7-Zip is installed using the .exe you download, following the instructions on-screen. To install The Unarchiver simply double click on the .zip file you download from their website then drag the program it extracts (called 'The Unarchiver') into your apps folder.
Once installed, create a new folder somewhere you can keep track of (on your desktop for instance) and place your downloaded graphics zip, rar or 7z in it.
Now we extract: Windows: Right click on your zip, rar or 7z. Choose 7-Zip from the menu, then select 'Extract Here'. MacOS X: Right click (or ctrl + click) on your zip, rar or 7z. Choose 'open with' then select 'The Unarchiver'.
Your file should extract and most probably create a folder in the same directory.
Step 2
Copy those folders to:
\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2016\graphics\kits\
Create folders "graphics" and "kits" if they don't exist already.
Step 3
Run Football Manager 2016 and go to: Preferences > Interface
Make sure that you tick the check box on the page called 'Reload skin when confirming changes in Preferences' and un-tick then box saying 'Use caching to decrease page loading times'. Hit Confirm.
There should be a box that pops up saying 'loading image data for the new skin'. Once this is done your graphics should be working within the game.

The free cut-out facepack for Football Manager 2016 made by the Polish community of FM Revolution.
Facepack is made in the default cut-out style, and profile pictures are sized 180x180 pixels.
This pack is intended for use with FM16, but it will work with all versions of the game from FM08 onward.

How to download the Cut Out Facepack
There are 2 options.
The 1st and easiest one is to use the "Download Now" button that will take you to MEGA where you can directly download the entire pack as 1 file.
However, if for whatever reason you cannot use MEGA, there are some download mirrors provided by FM Rev. If you go with this option, the pack is split in 2 parts and you need to download both before extracting.
Download the .zip file and use a tool such as 7-zip for Windows or The Unarchiver for MacOSX to extract its contents.
Move the folder "graphics" to:
\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2016\
Overwrite the folder if it asks you to.
Open Football Manager 2016 and go to Preferences > Interface.
Click the "Clear Cache" button.
Enable "Reload skin when confirming changes in Preferences".
Click the "Reload Skin" button.
There should be a box that pops up saying 'loading image data for the new skin'. Once this is done your graphics should be working within the game.

This cut-out facepack is created by the creative team at cmrev.com, the largest Polish Football Manager community. Original download page in Polish.
1. Download all the files to your computer.
2. Move the downloaded .rars to the graphics folder of Football Manager 2016. In Windows 7 you can find this by default in Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2016/graphics/ . I don't know about Windows 8 or 10 or other OSs, but I guess you will always be able to find the folder via a search.
3. Unpack all those shiny little rar files.
4. Start Football Manager 2016 (unless it is already started)
5. Go to preferences and then interface (Either in main menu or after you loaded a game)
6. Under skin (lower left screen) press clear cache. Then at the lower right press reload skin. This may take a while. Now all logos should show.
If they don't try deselecting "use caching to..." and reload skin again.
7. If things still doesn't work check again if you did it exactly the way I told you to. If things still don't work leave a note
Still left to do are low level clubs of Greece, Italy, Romania, Russia, Spain, and Turkey. I also need to re-check some competition logos again.
If you notice some club logos that were already out of date when this pack was released or know of some missing logos or found a logo in significantly better quality than in this pack feel free to contact me. (I'm regularly checking all the big logo sites, so you don't need to link me there, but I don't have the time to constantly check logos for England level 9 or Ireland level 4)
I'd like to thank Stam for creating the preview picture and making me aware of the fact that mediafire increased file size so I could reduce my download links to 2
Because of Jose Mourinho's dominating presence last season, many expected him to easily defend Chelsea's crown this term. However, it's sad to say but, the reality has been vastly different.
In a very surprising turnaround, now Mourinho is 3/12 to be the next Premier League manager that is up for termination. But, what's even more concerning is that Mourinho seems blissfully unaware. This is despite the fact that he's picking fights with everyone, including the members of his first team, and he has been unable to inspire anyone.
With all of these incidents taking place, his excuses have begun to wear thin, especially when you consider how ruthless owner Roman Abramovich is. Time is running out for the beleaguered manager and a change in the coaching staff is vital for Chelsea's short-term progress.
Mourinho current stats is a shame, we would say that winning at casino has a better chances than him to stay at Chelsea. Maybe he actually should try his luck there, with Over 200 features available at Royal Vegas Online Casino.
Image may be NSFW. Clik here to view.
Need more convincing? Check out the following five reasons why the Blues should axe Mourinho.
1. No more support from the dressing room
Chelsea's players seem to have lost their spark and they are no longer showing the same amount of commitment, for the manager or the club, that they exhibited in previous seasons. The Blues are aware the Mourinho's under a lot of pressure, but this hasn't stopped words of discontent from being leaked to the press. No doubt the Portuguese will be highly insulted by these remarks and it will be hard for him to act as if they weren't uttered. Once a manager has lost the trust and respect of the dressing room, the situation begins to spiral out of control.
2. He's making bad decisions
Mourinho is changing and chopping his team, a sign that something's seriously wrong. Right now, it's obvious that Jose doesn't know who his best team members are, but with some of his star players messing up, it's hard to blame him.
3. His team is performing horribly
There's no ands, ifs, or buts, about it – Chelsea has been performing horribly this season, and that's being nice about the entire situation. In fact, a source from top leading sports news site says, “The lack of continuity at the club is affecting fans, players and sections of the coaching staff. Mourinho is making too many changes to the starting line-up on a weekly basis and those decisions are costing his side.”
When it boils down to it, Mourinho isn't making use of his most committed footballers. And while it's true that his actions aren't helping him, it's important to note that the players haven't been living up to their side of the bargain either.
4. Unwelcome distractions in the form of off-field incidents
Ever since the season started, there have been dark clouds looming over Stamford Bridge. For instance, the Eva Carneiro case has been holding back Chelsea's progress in a big way; both on and off the field. The Portuguese has put himself in a dangerous situation and this has clearly affected him and, consequently, the club. His confidences seems to have shattered and it's beginning to ruin his legacy, especially when you consider how poorly he handled the immediate aftermath of the incident. Plus, to make things worse, he has been lashing out at the media constantly. And instead of swaying the public to his side, all it does is make him look pitiful.
5. Mourinho's leadership is taking Chelsea down the path to the worst title defense ever
If you were to take a look at the worst title defenses in Premier League history, the scope of the situation would be that much more evident, and you would see how lousy Chelsea is really performing. And if they don't change things up, Mourinho's men will soon join this list. But, unfortunately, it doesn't seem as if Chelsea is going to be able to turn things around in time. Mourinho's leadership isn't working and it has failed to inspire his big-name players to perform. If the Blues don't cut Mourinho's time short at Stamford Bridge, they won't be able to climb their way back up to the top this season.

FMTGW Skin is our third skin made for Football Manager and our first for FM16. It is made by AlexMorak, the graphic designer of our team.
FMTGW Official FM16 Skin is similar to our Anniversary FM15 Skin, with many functions being the same but in the future there will be updates with new additions, such as possible bug fixes and new graphical design on some of the game menus.
Place the "FMTGW Official Skin for FM16 v.1.2" folder here:
Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2016\skins
Create the folder "skins" if it doesn't exist.
Start FM16 and go to Preferences screen and then into the Interface tab.
You should see FMTGW Official Skin v.1.2 as option in the skin drop down of the Overview box.
Hit the Confirm button.

About FMTGW
FMTGW is the first greek youtube/twitch channel. It started from only one person and now it has 4 streamers on twitch, a very big audience and its own site, Fmtgw.gr. Our community grows faster and faster and we are very proud of this. The creation of our own skin is just a first step on a new path where we want to create our own graphics which will help us grow more.
Simply copy these folders to somewhere else out of the FM16 installation directory, so if something goes wrong we can restore them.
3. Apply Patch
Move the extracted folders "events" and "sounds" to:
\steam\steamapps\common\football manager 2016\data\
You will be asked to merge / overwrite some files and folders, click OK/YES to confirm.
You have a backup of those from the previous step so nothing to worry about.
4. Delete Events Files In Updates Directory

\steam\steamapps\common\football manager 2016\data\updates\update-1601\events\
\steam\steamapps\common\football manager 2016\data\updates\update-1610\events\
\steam\steamapps\common\football manager 2016\data\updates\update-1611\events\
and so on... to somewhere out of the FM16 installation directory.
Then delete all files within. It will be either 1 or 2 files: "match_events.xml" and/or "match_sounds.cfg".
5. In-Game Preferences

Make sure that "Use sound in match" is ticked and "Volume" slide is high enough.

Like for FM2013, FM2014 and FM2015, I'll make an effort to deliver some updates of missing countries (certainly not 75 updates due to lack of time this year), trying to make them as realistic as possible on the competition formats and the different rules (limit foreigner, transfer windows, league sorting, dates, break period, effectifs rules, match rules, Bosman law, etc).
My Priorities / WIP
Europe: all normally
South America: Paraguay, Ecuador, Venezuela.
North America: Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras.
Asia: Japan, Saudi Arabia, EAU, Qatar, Iran
Africa: Algeria, Egypt, Morocco, Tunisia, Nigeria

How to install new 3D balls on FM16
Use a tool such as 7-zip for Windows or The Unarchiver for MacOSX to extract the contents of the downloaded .rar file.
Open the folder of the ball you wish to use and copy the 3 files inside.
Go to:
\Steam\SteamApps\common\Football Manager 2016\data\sigfx\mesh\ball
And backup the white, orange and green ball textures.
Now paste the 3 files we copied from 2nd step, overwriting the original files.
Run Football Manager 2016 and go to: Preferences > Interface
Clear Cache.
Enable: 'Reload skin when confirming changes in Preferences'
Confirm.
