Player roles:
These roles are how I see them, it's obviously up for debate, some might argue that Hamsik is more of a proper CM as opposed to AP, some may argue that Callejon would be more suited to an IF, but for me this best replicates how Napoli play under Sarri.
Team instructions
Just like the player roles, people will argue with certain instructions but I tried to balance what Napoli do in real life & what works on FM17. I don't believe Napoli try to work the ball into the box, however I was finding in some games I'd end up with 40 shots, about 7 on target and it was quite frustrating...
