This is my Three Lions Attacking 4-1-2-3 tactic, which I have used in my career save, whilst managing England.

I have been unbeaten in my 2022 World Cup Qualifying campaign, with a 100% win ratio, scoring an impressive 35 in my 8 qualifying games so far.
It is a very attacking and fluid formation best used in games you are expected to win, it relies on pacy wide players and fullbacks, ball playing center backs and a mix of creativity and steel in midfield, with a potent goalscoring striker.
GK - Pretty standard but my choice from three or four goalkeepers in my england team...
